Job Description:

A dynamic, creative and out-of-the-box thinker, detail-oriented and performance-focused sales Account Manager who would deliver against ad sales targets by managing the relationship with direct clients and procurement department, as well as handling the relationship with client’s marketing teams, to push the Company’s sales such as TV, Digital, Radio, editorial activities, etc.. and ensuring ad sales inventory is properly used from booking to billing. Cooperates liaises & plans together with Editorial, Marketing, & Traffic Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

The Account Manager role is based on achieving yearly target and this will require the candidate to be in charge of the following:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key direct clients and prospects, periodically meeting with them, and producing new creative ideas and concepts to increase their spending.
  • Prepare proposals to the direct clients in order to maximize the investments of SNA.
  • Develop 360-degree solutions for clients to support the TV, Radio and Digital sales process and improve the hit rate.
  • Maintain an updated customer database and sales leads at all times.
  • Work with Marketing Department and Editorial teams to develop and sell sponsorship and brand integration packages.
  • Be responsible for ensuring that all advertising material and special execution are legally compliant and editorially acceptable.
  • Support clients with media planning, when necessary, and develop proposals for new clients or briefs received from direct clients.
  • Follow up on all booked campaigns to ensure timely delivery as per the media plan.
  • Work with the accounting department to ensure that all invoices are paid in good time.
  • Work with Marketing Department to design and execute the barter deals and media packs.
Key Skills, Experience and Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar related degree.
  • 5-7 years of sales experience with specific experience working in the MENA region, preferably in a Media industry including TV, Radio and digital.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Arabic & English.
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Sales targets responsibility and motivated to deliver as per set deadlines.
  • A team player with an understanding of editorial, PR, marketing, and research imperatives.
  • Understanding of communications and proven portfolio of innovative marketing experience.
  • Good presentation skills.
