JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Digital Project Manager main responsibilities is to help facilitating effective communication with the Digital & SM team members and the stakeholders requirements in line with SNA editorial guidelines and strategies for website and digital platforms projects. This position requires high-level competence and digital fluency in WordPress best practices, frontend web development, and communications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide and gather all necessary content including: costs, inclusions and team responsibilities for proposals, contracts, and project scope discussions on digital projects to ensure success both for client and company.
  • Responsible for the success of all digital projects. Success is gauged by following quality assurance processes, producing within budget and established timelines, while adhering to the values of the organization
  • Task and manage project timelines and deliverables for digital projects.
  • Responsible for the evaluation of prospective website and SM projects including reviewing analytics on existing website and SM platforms to make recommendations for site map and content for project.
  • Effectively communicate project goals and write strategic briefs to Digital Designers and web, app and database developers.
  • Daily review and propagation of all project deliverables and details to cloud-based time tracking and project management tools.
  • Ensure adjustments to scope and deliverables are within budget and deliver solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date status schedule and reports for correspondence with team during all project phases.
  • Facilitate website and SM trainings
  • Audit current/active SNA digital platforms and website regularly to, ensure approved functionality is working, and confer with designers and developers on new digital opportunities or issues.
  • Provide recommendations and input on server, hosting, and email platforms to ensure viability of planned functionalities and/or marketing integrations.
KEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor degree and PMP diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum five years’ experience working in communications or project management role.
  • Experience with customer-facing websites running on highly customized WordPress themes.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Capable of hitting daily deadlines.
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Pleasant, personable demeanor (face-to-face, on the phone, and via email).
  • Keen ability to multi-task; self-starter with initiative to address problems and find solutions.
  • Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of latest industry standards and best practices.
