As a 2D/3D Animation Team Leader you will be in charge of Creating cutting-edge cinematic Visuals and motion graphics for Broadcast, Marketing, Sales and our digital assets. From quick turnaround to long term and high-end projects, your creative and innovative techniques and results will be top class and market-leading. Working with the Head of Creative Services, liaising closely with the other creative team leaders as well as the output department, you will be a self-starting leader that Creates and Oversees the creation of All 2d/3d design and animation Requirements of the creative department, as well as managing the team in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.

• Working under the direction of the Head of Creative Services, producing All 2d/3d design and animation Requirements of the creative department.
• Ensuring Sky News Arabia's editorial, visual guidelines and values are adhered to.
• Planning the approach to tasks and develop a plan to accomplish them within provided deadlines.
• Distributing information to team members and communicating plans and delivery schedules with all internal stakeholders.

• Bachelor degree in Visual Communication, Fine Arts or similar relevant experience.
• 5+ years experience in a large national or international broadcast news channel as a Team Leader or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics and smart objectives.
• Excellent skills in Virtual and Augmented reality technology.
• Excellent skills in 3D Modelling, Animating, Texturing, lighting and rendering.
• Excellent Knowledge in the integration pipeline between 3D/Unreal to Viz.
• Excellent knowledge of the content creation tools and processes involved in real-time 3D asset production.
• Extensive experience with Unreal sequencer/blueprints/cascade etc.
• Extensive knowledge in Simplifying, Baking, optimizing 3D Objects to be used in multiple RT Softwares.
• Must have technical and troubleshooting skills in Unreal, Reality and all relevant 3D softwares.
• Must have technical knowledge, software and hardware skills in relevant field: Viz Suite, iNews, Adode suite.
• Excellent eye for detail.
• Strong sense of composition and colour and skilled in creating mood and atmosphere.
• Understand the cutting edge technology, tools and have an in-depth knowledge of production process for broadcast/digital industry.
