The Program Presenter is a member of the program team responsible for presenting and for the development of Sky News Arabia programs. During your time slot, you will work under the direction of an Executive Producer / Senior Executive Producer to create programs and present them.

• Producing distinctive programs for Sky News Arabia's program segment.
• Writing scripts for on-air talent, cutting pictures while using the newsroom production system, find guests, commission and write graphics, and other tasks as required.
• Presenting programs.
• Ideating and producing video content.
• Ensuring Sky News Arabia's editorial guidelines and values are adhered to.
• Required to work within a shift pattern across the whole week, including nights, to service a 24-hour news channel's needs.
• May be required to produce on location in Abu Dhabi, the Middle East, North Africa, and internationally.

• BA in journalism, another related social science major.
• Previous experience in a national or international broadcast news channel.
• Experience in newsroom production systems and desktop editing.
• Evidence of a broad range of journalistic interests, including social affairs, international politics, public policy, world Sports and economic affairs, Sciences, and the Arts.
• Experience in television news.
• Obvious aptitude for and experience of presentation.
• Must be confident and assured on screen, at ease with lengthy periods of live presentation, and must possess the ability to cope with the extreme pressure.
• Must have a clear speaking voice and demonstrable confidence in front of the camera.
• An excellent journalist with strong editorial judgment.
• A strong spoken/written communicator can develop creative, clear, and concise storytelling for various audiences.
• A self-starter and strong teammate who can work independently and responsibly in a start-up-style environment.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience required.
