Job Description:

A dynamic, creative and out-of-the-box thinker, detail-oriented and performance-focused sales specialist who would deliver against ad sales targets by managing the relationship with agencies’ planners and media buyers, as well as handling the relationship with client’s marketing teams, to push SNA services such as Spots, Sponsorship and brand integration across all platforms (TV, Radio and Digital), and ensuring ad sales inventory is properly used from booking to billing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the relationship with the agency’s media buyers and planners, and keep abreast of the latest client’s pitches and upcoming campaigns.
  • Build direct relationships with key clients and prospects, periodically meeting with them, and producing new creative ideas and concepts to increase their spending.
  • Presentation of the brand to agencies and direct selling to clients, when necessary.
  • Develop 360-degree solutions for clients to support the ad sales process and improve the hit rate.
  • Maintain an updated customer database and sales leads at all times.
  • Work with Marketing Manager and Editorial teams to develop and sell sponsorship and brand integration packages.
  • Be responsible for ensuring that all advertising material, sponsorship, and product placement are legally compliant and editorially acceptable.
  • Support clients with media planning, when necessary, and develop proposals for new clients or briefs received from agencies.
  • Follow up on all booked campaigns to ensure timely delivery as per the media plan.
  • Work with the accounting department to ensure that all invoices are paid in good time.
  • Work with Marketing Manager to design and execute: merchandise, premiums, newsletters, extranets, media packs.
Key Skills, Experience and Education:
  • 3 to 4 years of sales experience with specific experience working in the MENA region is a must.
  • Media Agency sales experience is essential.
  • TV and digital sales experience is a must. Radio is a plus.
  • Arabic and English Speaker.
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Motivated to deliver as per set deadlines.
  • A team player with an understanding of editorial, PR, marketing, and research imperatives.
  • Understanding of communications and proven portfolio of innovative marketing experience.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Sales targets responsibility.
  • Must be a clear ambassador for the SNA brand.
